Such as if you were accepted to both Harvard or Nova you would expect to pay more for Harvard because of better products and better reputation. I picked those schools only as extreme examples. Good luck with that. I Can't tell if it's a good or bad time to get into that now. Housing market has slowed down a lot, so I would assume less traffic and business. The college hangout spots here are pretty lame I think. There are a lot of busy bars though. Coastal Flats has a nice bar outside and it's always packed with people. Other than that, you should try going out to Arlington. The crowd there is the younger/college crowd and there are a ton of bars to hit up.
