Thats so fucking stupid of law enforcement. They conclude a "week-long" investigation and decide that the matter is so pressing they cant wait till he is not at the school to arrest him? I mean I guess its possible they caught him on the way in in the AM or out in the PM. Regardless, why wouldnt they wait till he is off school property as to not give the chance for an incident near children?
