Can somebody please explain to me why we have so many one-lane bridges in Northern Virginia? With all these $50-100 million overpasses being built all over the place they can't find the money to widen bridges by a few feet? The family has 30+ arrests listed. Isn't it safe to assume that for every arrest they probably broke the law multiple times for which they were not busted?
