Maybe it was some sort of test she has: "If this guy is the real deal marriage material and will stick with me through thick and thin then he will for sure put up with me walking around on a nasty dance floor like a cheetah" And you failed it =(. Kind of like how some dudes give chicks the "gold digger" test and pretend to be really cheap to see how the chick responds.
