There is a rumor running around that one of the FCPS Elementary Schools spent $25,000 on Hand Bells for use in the school's music program. Seems rather excessive and uncalled for during a time where FPCS is asking parents to come up with a $100 'fee' per sport for high school kids. Has anybody else heard this story? Please, no "Cow Bell" metaphors.
