I've had a workvan parked in the same spot across the street from my house (in a residential neighborhood) since Nov. of last year. Also, some tard parked his white work van in front of my neighbor's house from Dec of last year to just last week, with a "Lowe's Installation In Progress" sign on the dashboard the whole time. Very obnoxious. I hope Fairfax does something about it.
