It's worth the money to just get it outright dismissed or pled down to something that doesn't involve your license getting suspended. I was actually there after the fact. Talked to a mall cop who said some guy pulled into the garage and his car was smoking. He pulled into a space and jumped out because he was scared. Naturally he parked right next to a whole bunch of other cars, so when his went up, they all went up. I'm pretty glad I parked somewhere else.
