It's true. He removed those posts along with some others that were long pastes of names and addresses of sex offenders. So he deleted the public records of convicted criminals, but kept the private credit card transactions of AM users.

Cary likes to trump respect for privacy and anonymity, but he is openly allowing a list of stolen private credit card transactions with personally identifiable names and addresses to remain posted on his site. You guys posting these lists of names are really playing with fire. For one, it's illegal, any way you slice it. Are the feds gonna knock on your door? Doubtful, but still a possibility. The greater risk is crushing the lives of thousands of people all at once, many of whom won't have much to lose after they are outed. Questionable morality aside, these people didn't commit a crime. The hacker did, and sharing this stolen data publically probably walks that fine line as well. If even a handful of the thousands of names on here were planted, faked, or had the permission of their spouse, publically outing them as an adulterer is libel.
