I worked there. This is not a good place to take your car, the tire department especially, they like to take shortcuts. They don't use a torque stick when tightening lugnuts, which can lead to breaking or crossthreading. They leave tires unbalanced, i remember one particular instance where i was having trouble getting a tire perfect, and it was still off by .25 on one side, i was told to "just leave it, they wont feel it." And most, if not ALL times, when a customer pays for nitrogen in his/ her tires, they don't get it, all that happens is a green cap is placed on the tires to indicate it, when in actuality, there is only normal air in the tires. Take your car to the dealer if you care about your vehicle. I work at a dealer now, and the difference between work quality is like night and day.
