If the police would deputize me and grant me special investigatve powers, I would question any slob who has ever worn face paint or made balloon animals.

This guys face, demeanor and line of work just screams out "I am a pervert"

How could anyone look at this guy and see anything but a fucking degenerate?

Not sure why you specified the one with the glasses... BOTH of the "guys" in checkered shirts gave me the creeps.
