how come we can't find cary's 2010 arrest for distribution records on fairfaxunderground.com? why do you allow other people's arrest records to be posted but you censor your own? do the people you work for at superb.net know you've been arrested and charged a dozen or so times for everything from DUI to distribution of marijuana?

OP, how do you know he was arrested in 2010? Im willing to bet IF he has a charge from'10 that it is a glitch in the search that keeps it from appearing in the search results.

Basically, he has left arrests including possession, and distribution in the search. Why would he exclude another?

On a side note, Having never looked at his record before today... I dont really know what to say about it... On Dec 8th 03 he got pulled over expired for tags, while driving on a suspended. He then decided on the very next day to drive on the same expired tags and same suspended license, but this time with weed and whatnot. 2 driving on expired tags, 2 driving on a suspended and 2 weed charges in 2 days. OUCH! God bless ill-spent youths! SMH

make sure you select "fairfax county general district court" in the drop box selector on the far left margin. then search for "wiedemann" in the last name. cary's 2 dropped charges from 2010 are right there.

Its his site j/o. I don't really care about the criminal search shit, but if he's the one who created it, then he has every right to run it how he sees fit. Thats the bottom line.

There are a lot of arrests that don't show up in the FU arrest search. I don't think it has anything to do with charges being dismissed or dropped, some are just not entered.

A co-worker of a friend was charged with embezzlement and the charges turned up on the search, a few months later they were miraculously gone, and this was after a conviction.

Less than half of my "interactions" with the police show up in the search results so clearly it is not 100% accurate. But I guess that "technology is fallable" is not as interesting a topic as "ZOMG!!! THE GUY WHO ORGANIZED AND HOSTS THIS SITE FOR FREE IS CENORING TEH DATAS!!!!"

For the most part, his record if fairly yawn-worthy, but I'm astounded by anyone who can get ticketed for driving without a license on two consecutive days.
