You're stupid. At my firm I "order" clearances for the staff who need them. I didn't pretend to know any more than that. We have a 2 page form, they fill it out and I submit it to our legal department. I don't know or really care what happens after that. But if someone is assigned to contract that needs a clearance, and in this case I was asked to help with the paper work, I order them. You're the bullshitter who pretents to know how everything works.

Even though I now know what eesh looks like, I can't stop thinking of him as Kumar in H&KgtWC. Somehow he just was assigned that face and tone of voice in my head, years ago when I started reading here. Maybe that's why, but I like the guy. I didn't like when he messed with Chuck H, but that was pretty much the only thing I took umbridge to.
