Eesh, food trucks have gained in popularity in the past few years. I believe it started in Santa Monica, CA with a Korean Taco truck.
They serve as an entry point for people who want to try their luck in the restaurant business without buying/leasing a brick and mortar building. If they serve good food, they can then move it inside.
I've heard great reviews on the lobster roll truck in DC.
Anyway, yes, the Meadows in Chantilly for best hood. I cast my vote.

That Meadows of Chantilly thing made me laugh. I didn't recognize the name at all, but I looked at a map and realized I just drove into that neighborhood a few months ago while leaving Picante. I drove back there and was sorta like 'WTF is this place?'. I had no idea that was the name of it.
