I never realized how many teens in vienna were doing drugs! So many are doing cocaine, smoking ciggeretes, smoking weed, and drinking.

I never realized how many people were oblivious to drug use. Shit hasn't changed since the 60s.

Rich kids of helicopter parents act out that way almost 100% of the time.
Just watch how mommy and daddy deny it and turn the finger on school, pretty telling that it's not going to change/get worse.

This isn't a new thing. Vienna's always had this issue. A lot of the worst people I've met have come from Vienna and PVI.

its because all the large fields to build bon fires and drink are gone. If kids could drink they'd probably do less drugs.
