What most of you guy's are conveniently forgetting or choosing to ignore is, POLICE had absolutely no rights to intervene or break up a peaceful gathering of citizens. This is not the first time that the Seattle Police had done something like. They have a track record of using excessive force on people that were doing absolutely nothing wrong. Look, it's been documented and is easily available online. Heck, even the Chief of Police in both Portland and Seattle are facing federal investigation for their heavy handed tactics. You guy's could choose to ignore it....but this is happening everywhere.

I didn't see any "police brutality" in that video. I saw police holding a line and spraying the protesters when they tried to advance on that line. No batons, no physical assaults...

The police do have a right to do something about peaceful protestors if they didn't get a permit to protest in the first place. Peaceful or not they'd be breaking the law to congregate in the middle of an intersection, thus Police would have the right to kick them the fuck out of said intersection.

This may have been part of the coordinated protests at nation's ports. The police are going to act to keep them open so people can get to their jobs. I've read the some of the longshoremen may have participated in the protest.

Ah bullshit. Quit blaming outsiders for what's very obviously a major element within the "movement." The main thing that keeps it from coalescing as a political movement is that half of them are avowed anarchists and mostly the same crew that shows up at the World Bank protests and similar protests. What else would you expect? lol It's intentionally non-centralized by design. Even Van Jones, SEIU, the Nurses Union, et al and their far-left psuedo-grassroots organizations can't get enough structure around it to make it into an effective political force.
