I usually what whatever's available - no planning, just munching.

This morning I quartered a pear and ate that with a brownie from the batch the spouse made Sunday along with a cup of, uh, hazelnut-flavored freshly-ground/brewed coffee.

I usually reward myself on Sat. and Sun for being so stoic during the week with Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, scrambled eggs, hash brown, chittlings, a couple three pancakes w/syrup, buttered biscuits w/red eye gravy, some toast w/jam, hominy grits, and diet soda. I don't drink coffee, but I love the smell so I put on some coffee to brew only. If Monday is a holiday it is a three day weekend with the same menu, excepting I'll have bacon instead of sausage. I try to eat healthy so I lay off salt with the breakfast, although sometimes I cheat.
