raspberry pi computer less than 40 bucks!

I understand that it (1) sold out instantly, (2) is only available in England/Britain, and (3) is questionably powerful relative to current low-end computers, though it is "all-in-one" requiring just power (USB). However, a 700MHz processor (even withthe bells and whistles) might disappoint quite a few folks if they're expecting a rocket and just buying because it's, like, $35.

You can get them in Canada or from online retailers there but they are sold out now.
