Black bosses with white bosses

anyone else notice black bosses are laid back and nicer compare to white bosses? I worked with blacks and white people and i found most white people think they are all that. But Black bosses are nicer and they help you out when you need help.

yes. it's because blacks are grateful or their positions dont feel entitled like white people so they dont have a reason to be bitchasses
