It's easy. Weigh yourself naked, then weigh yourself with your clothes and shoes on. The difference is how much you need to subtract. It's going to be a negligible amount, but I can see how it would be important to girls who carefully monitor every pound. Seriously, what's the difference between 113 and 114, anyway? I digress.

Different clothes have different weights, so the amount you need to subtract will depend on if you're wearing your jogging gear or your McDonald's uniform. It's best just to weigh yourself whenever you can do it right.

5 to 10 lbs. Good idea to take a dump before.

Five pounds at most, if you're wearing shoes, pants, shirt, and jacket. Anything more than that is just deluding yourself. I wear heavy steel-toed boots, and I still wouldn't take off more than five pounds for me if I had to weigh myself fully clothed.

The only situation I can think of where someone would need to weigh themselves on a scale but didn't have the time or privacy to at least take their shoes off first is if they were using one of those 25-cent weight-and-fortune scales at the drug store. Any other place, just take your shoes and coat off and subtract 2 pounds for your clothes if it makes you feel better.

running shoes about (+/-) 1lbs. each
jeans about 2lbs.
t-shirt about a pound
socks and skivvies bout half pound each (1lbs. total)

so 5 - 6 is around that general area. best time/way to weigh yourself is in the morning and naked/or if need be, in your skivvies. always place the scale on a hard, even surface. weighing yourself on carpet is just retarded.

Actually shoes and clothes can make a big difference. My spread wearing my work clothes (denim jeans, shirt, and jacket, plus steel-toed boots) not to mention everything in my pockets ie. cell phone, keys, pocket-knife, ect. is 14lbs. The boots alone weigh 2lbs. each, 4lbs. for the pair.
