How high would U.S test scores be if hispanics and blacks were excluded?

Interesting article about U.S students lagging behind others in international test scores. Didn't we dominate similar tests like these just a couple of decades ago? How good are K-12 programs in countries like Finland and South Korea? What exactly are they doing right? Here's the 2010 result:

The problem is that there is a strong current of anti-intellectualism in the United States generally, and it's particularly strong in the American underclasses.

Even for those who do accept the need for education, it is mostly considered a means to specific end, namely, getting a good job so one can earn a good wage. In this context, education becomes a necessary evil, rather than a desirable process to engage in.

Can't you say the same thing about Finland and South Korea? I'm sure most of them are not doing it because they want to be scholars but for landing a nice gig.

Finland and South Korea are racially homogeneous. They don't open their borders to low IQ Hispanics that bring down the national average.

Threads don't get locked here, ya kraut wetback. Please respect the first amendment and my right to express myself accordingly. By wanting to censor my speech, you are disrespecting my culture.
