I luv duck.
I luv duck cooked "The Chinese way", whatever the hell that turns out to be for the duck du jour. Mark's Duck House or its across-the-street neighbor X.O.Taste can answer that. I even luv the duck you can get at China Express or whatever that hole-in-the-wall is called on the corner of yet-another-Braddock and Union Mill; they don't make the duck, just warm it up...but yum.
I luv duck cooked "the..."...er...I don't know!..."...way". Slice off the breast meat, "saute" (fancy name for "fry") with various fruit sauce topping. Only can get that one at restaurants that require ties, though, but yummy!
I luv duck cooked the home-made way - that varies according to mood.
I luv duck that's walked a gajillion miles down a road in Asia with a gajillion other ducks, eating whatever happens to be on the road as it goes from point A to point B for some unknown reason.
Did I mention that I luv duck?
