Secret list of things that women want in men

Hey people.
What I'm getting at here is... what are some of the things that women like/appreciate in men, but don't normally pop up first in the list of desirable qualities they would like a man to possess. Also, what are some fallacies (e.g. a girls just wants a 'nice guy')?
more examples and thoughts... Do girls like a guy that makes them constantly question their self worth, looks, personality -- or a guy that attempts to flatter them into thinking they're a princess day in, day out....

one must always consider the independent/dependent scale of relationships.
To put it as simple as possible..
The more dependent you become on your partner, the more independent they will become.
this can also dictate who is truly in control of the relationship.

the perfect man does not exist. Women want traits that no ONE man can possibly posses. So that is why women cheat and or compromise. Come on now.

Men who clean up after themselves
Men who clean up more than just their own messes, without being asked (ie. clearing the table, vacuuming a shared area if it needs it, washing the dirty pots too, not just putting the plates & silverware & mugs into the dishwasher)
Men who offer to help with things you *could* do yourself but hate to do - and then DO help if you accept their offer
Men who pay attention to you more than their other friends, if you're out on a group date or at a party together
...oh, and if your bathroom is gross or your sheets are dirty or you've left dirty underpants around, forget it. Make sure the sheets are at least visibly clean and don't smell; make sure there's nothing icky in the bathroom and that there *is* toilet paper and at least one very clean towel for her to use (and no dirty towels or other gunk, like shavings, laying around).
