it would appear based on those records that chuck's birfday is somewhere between November 18th and January 6th. If those records are copied directly from the police records, then I am assuming that my hypothesis is accurate. Zing!

I do believe that the OP knows this. It has the dates the tickets were issued as well as the perps age at the time.

Here's how you arrive at the answer from the information given.

He was 40 on 11/18/2008.

This means his birthday is some time from 11/19/1967 to 11/18/1968. (He could have gotten the ticket on his birthday.)

Some time between 11/18/2008 and 9/9/2009, he turned 41.

This means his birthday is between 11/19/67 and 9/9/1968.

He was still 41 between 9/9/2009 and 10/7/2009.

Some time between 10/7/2009 and 1/6/2010 he turned 42.

This narrows the range to between 11/19/1967 and 1/6/1968.

Therefore, the answer is that you're a creepy cyberstalker who's totally gay for Chuck Hoffman.
