Hate is a cool dude. I like him. But, coors light? I'm not a beer drinker, but when I do (aka so wasted that I could care less what I'm sipping on anymore) coors was never that great to me. What does one look for when picking a favorite beer?

If I want to drink a real beer, and by real I mean German/Austrian, I seek out Paulaner Oktoberfest,,,

Great taste but also very full bodied,,you can tell you drank a beer when it's gone,,,

It's the flashing lights and stars that can be troubling after 4 or 5,,,

I go for Hops followed by subtle flavors. Drinkabinity, it has to be sessionable and not be too overpowered with auxilary flavors such as nutmeg, corieander, pumpkin etc... Mild undertones mixed with the olfactory sense are key.

I'm currently enjoying a Paulaner Hefe Weizen. Mrs. Strife's friend from Germany had been visiting us for the past week and she brought me a couple. I went out to Total Wine and got some more.

Actually I don't care for any of them but it seems to be craft brew dujour.

I remember hitting a jazz club a few years back while I was on business in WV. The PBR was only $2.00 a bottle. I think the Sam Adams that I was consuming was about $4.00 - but, still way below the Northern Virginia prices if you're out. Also, they had Jagermeister, but it wasn't chilled yet. So 'no-go' on that.
