why there is so much drama between people on this forum? i truly don't get all the animosity. arguments and snide remarks are one thing, but impersonating people and posting people's addresses is pathetically disgusting. enlighten me if you wish, I'm truly interested in your justifications.

this site is a wonderful experiment in behavioral science. given an anonymous space to act without a filter and without effectual consequence many are vile, digustingly rude, and shockingly hateful. bounds of rationality are broken and a large portion of comments fall well outside acceptable limits. as pathetic as it may be, this site proves to me that many of the people we sit next to in traffic every day are, when able, reduced to soulless, cold-hearted beasts.

Because I am a special and wonderful person and the rest of the worthless assholes in the world are just too stupid and too ignorant to see how special and wonderful I am, I am therefore completely justified in doing whatever I can to ruin another person's life or, even better, end it, just because they said something mean to me or something that I didn't like on the Internet.

Some of the comments and replys are spot on correct. I use this forum as I am new to Nova and the area. It helps with research for schools, places to go, places to eat, where to live, and, most importantly, kill some time at work! Yet as jbalo wrote, this forum allows one to have free reign in acting like a complete asshole. While anonymous, in theory, it seems to be a very silly game where part of the fun is discovering and "outing" an individual. My guess is, overall, some of these folks don't do well in the real world also. If you are a tool here, what kind of self control do you have to simply be normal again when off-line?
