No. There is no limbo . But there are no young children in hell. That is under age 12 or 13. It depends on the individual, but children will not be judged until the age of the accountability, or until they can understand the Gospel message. Also I dont think retarded people or even severely mentally ill people go to hell. They dont have the mental capacity to make that choice.

Fair enough. Let me ask you this, a crazed tyrant or ruler, say an Adolph Hitler or Pol Pot, if they suffered from an incurable mental disturbance, a legitimite mental illness that they had no control over are they forgiven. Why punish a man born with an illness, by sending him to eternal perdition especially if God could have corrected the problem in the first place.
