Shhhh....don't say anything to the Lamb Center wacko (with all due respect) about this thread.

I gotta ask. Does this place serve free beer? Sure seems like it. Also, unless this thing is spread the hell out underground, it looks to be about the size of a walk-in closet. Do they really have computer rooms, showers, etc? What the hell else do they have in there? Do they serve meals? Have classes in Judo? After hours massages? I have a job and things are going good but I just might wanna check this place out. Sounds kind of fun.

I always wondered about that place. Not sure where the 7-11 ends and the Lamb Center begins. Is there a brothel in that strip mall behind it? I can't read the Korean sign on the store.

The Lamb Center:
Our Programs and Services
Counseling is our core program and encompasses spiritual, psychological, life and employment dimensions. Guests are encouraged to:
•Seek God's plan for their lives
•Come to grips with addictions and mental issues and seek treatment
•Determine issues that are obstacles to living a life of wholeness
•To prepare for, train and seek employment skills and jobs to self sustain them
Complementing our counseling programs are the following services provided without cost to guests.
These include: •Hot meals, showers, laundry
•Mail, message, telephone and computer services
•ID card and document recovery
•Metro tokens and cards
•Haircuts
•Resume help
•Court appearances on behalf of guests
•Medical referrals and prescription aid
•Dental and optical referrals
•Social Security pension/disability assistance
•Tax preparation
•Base of operations for medical, mental health, addiction, veterans specialists
•AA meetings
[ I've been in the Lamb Center and they do have a kitchen as they serve lunch everyday. There's also a small chapel; washers and dryers; Male & Female locker rooms to shower; telephones to use; computers to use and an office for staff (there may be more but it's been such a long time since I was there). ]
