Now I do agree that public records on convictions such as this should be readily available, but at the same time, most jurisdictions can only report on their convictions and not that of other states. No one will advocate for a national database disclosing such records. I for one am clean on all databases, I am all for drinking, but you will never find me operating a vehicle while intoxicated (at any level).....I made that promise to my child long ago, and to my wife, and my friends.

What if it were your sweetheart, innocent child who was the convicted perp? Would you find this just or would you say it was just a mistake?

We should also be able to easily see unpaid taxes, speeding tickets\traffic violations, cellphone use times, work disciplines, and zoning disputes. I don't want my kids around bad influences either.
