Herman Cain Pro-Abortion Rights??? WTF?

“The government shouldn’t be trying to tell people everything to do, especially when it comes to a social decision that they need to make,” Cain said.
Just last week, though, Cain appeared to take the opposite position on abortion, telling Fox Business Channel’s John Stossel that “abortion should not be legal” — although even in that interview, he confused the hosts about just what his position was. Also, in 2003, he said he supported a Constitutional amendment outlawing abortion.
The confusing set of statements from the new GOP frontrunner represents just the latest instance in which Cain appears to be trying to take positions on both sides of an issue. And it’s opening him up to charges of being a flip-flopper.

Correct.

Yeah, but those would be wrong; he's NOT flip-flopping - he's literally taking as many sides in an issue as he can, though he's not CHANGING his view.

why you all care about abortion?
you realize none of your republican presidents, senators, congressmen, etc. have ever done anything to actually change the abortion thing? Why do you keep voting for them then? They haven't served you. Abortion is still legal. They have not changed that. THey haven't even tried. You realize abortion is a red herring campaign issue designed to get your vote? It will never change. Yet you keep voting for the George Bush's and Rick Santoriums and defending them tooth and nail.....all the while, they haven't done shit to actually change the issue you base your vote on.

Having no access to a health clinic is the same as outlawing abortions. In VA alone access is being limited. With the right Supreme Court case access may be so severely limited as to make it illegal.
