It seems like each decade has a city that dominates the cultural mindset. In the 70s, for instance, I would argue the decrepit state of New York gave it a special cultural significance during the decade...
...In the 90s, it was Seattle...
...What cities have dominated other past decades, in your opinion, and what do you think will be the city of the current decade?
