Guest bedroom

I have been married 18 long happy years. I now have trouble sleeping. I want to move into the guest bedroom. My spouse wants me to stay in our room. We still have great sex I just need some rest.

Would you stay or go?

We sleep apart 90% of the time. My spouse wakes up when a mouse farts 2 miles away. Me, I could snore thru while a marching band tromps thru our bedroom.

I'm currently of the opinion that sleeping in the same bed promotes physical and emotional intimacy, therefore being a good influence on a relationship. However, different things work for different people.
