which race raises the worst behaved, most entitled brats?

I was in line this weekend at the DMV at Fair Oaks which is right next to the children's play area. I marvelled at how the brats outnumbered the well-behaved kids. Gone are the days when you'd get whooped by a perfect stranger for doing something bad and then get whooped again when you got home for having gotten whooped.

There was a nice mix of races in the play area. The Indians, Hispanics and Asians were much worse than the middle eastern, white and one black kid. Could've been the particular mixture but I couldn't help but wonder, is there a race that is known more than others for raising bratty little shits?

Complete BS...black and white American kids are the worst behaved and most self entitled. Immigrant parents still keep their kids in line physically if necessary.

Hillbilly kids, although it is a matter of comparison. Hillbilly kids act like savages, cuss, drink, smoke, spit on the sidewalk but ironically it is considered OK by backwood's culture to behave in this fasion. Hillbilly kids are also, strangely, the most loyal and loving, to their own kin/parents. it is just with outsiders they act like little cannibals. In relation to other kids, they are nutso, but as a group/unit they do what is expected. They are a strange breed.

1. Rednecks/Hillbillies
2a. Rich people
2b. People from Ghetto

Race doesnt matter, all people of a race arent the same. You can be a black hillbilly/redneck (kinda) but would most likely be tied into ghetto. Whites, asians, indians can be ghetto, its not exclusive. Same with rich people, can be black, white, middle eastern,etc. Cant say Native Americans, because you never see them anymore...
