I don't know what to say about this. Did the dog ever bite anyone? We have loose dogs in are neighborhood all the time. We tell them to go home. They don't hurt anyone.

If the cop was such a well-trained animal control officer, then why didn't he clearly understand canine behavior? The dog growled and possibly charged him while on its owners property, really? No shit, that's what they do, protecting their territory and all.

No shit. My lovable Labrador would do nothing but lick you to death, but seemed like Cujo when you knocked on the door. With the way he sounded, FCPD probably would have breached the door, threw a flashbang, and sprayed the house with lead.

Looks like the dog has been in the neighborhood for a while. Don't see where he has bit anyone or been out of his yard. I hate nosey neighbors who call the police for stupid stuff.

If you love your dumb dog so much, keep him secured. If I see a loose dog, I'm calling. Tired of being attacked by dumb mutts.

Hit the Report button on the first post of the thread and alert Cary to it.

"Anytime an officer uses deadly force, (discharges firearm) the agency conducts an internal investigation which is now underway; there is no additional information that I am able to release at this time,"

And as soon as the investigation is completed, the investigation report will be buried and marked as super-duper-confidential so The People will never, ever, ever have a chance of finding out that we might have done something wrong.

Apparently, Graymoose has no problem with this. He is supposed to be so lovey dovey with dogs, why has he not objected to this catastrophy? Or is it that his so called critter loving organization is just a front.

You shouldn't let your dog run loose. In this economy someone might eat it.
