I'm skeptical. Why is her face in two different positions? Why is she not pale from the loss of blood associated with quadruple amputation? The corpse had to be less than 12 hours old cuz she still looks OK.

If you look at one of the links above, it pretty much confirms the photos are real. I think the mouth being open versus closed is the product of the angle the photo was taken at. Her mouth is open in both but appears closed in the second one due to the different angle.
