I posted an ad on CL a few weeks ago in the w4w section. We exchanged e-mails I felt okay with everything so we exchanged numbers. Once it came time to voice verify, "she" made up a bunch of BS excuses and we finally agreed "she" could leave me a voicemail. The voicemail was obviously some recording from a movie or the internet, definitely not a human leaving me a message. She kept insisting I senf her pics (I only sent once face pic) and that everything was safe because we were meeting at the bar in TGI Friday's in Manassas. I made up a lame excuse as to why I couldn't meet "her and her other bi female friend" and that was the end of everything until today. This is the convo that happened over text:

CL Person: When can I get in your panties?
Me: When you actually vv with me.
CL Person: I thought I left you a voicemal, LOL.
Me: That's not enough for me...I want to speak with you.
CL Person: That's why we are meeting in a public place first, silly!!
Me: Still want to talk
CL Person: How about I pay you for a blow job?
Me: Exactly why I didn't meet you in the first place.
Me: Your message was so fake
CL Person: Okay, so what now?
Me: You take your dick and go fuck yourself. That's what now, asshole.
CL Person: Wow, ok so you won't play if I pay?
Me: Absolutely not. Do not contact me again.
CL Person:I know you really don't mean that.
CL Person: How about I use your pics in my next ad
CL Person: How about I take my dick and fuck you in the ass?
Me: Again, stop contacting me

The only info I can find is that it is an AT&T cell listed in Arlington. Is there any way I can out who this asshole is for free? Or should I just report the dick to the police? I don't want to spam his number because I want to avoid any charges, but I want to be sure that no other girls get stuck in his trap. Who knows what he was planning on doing to me if I actually did show up. Any ideas? I am so not using CL for that ever again. That was my first and last casual encounters post!

Is that it? The police will ask you to fill out a form and then laugh you out of the precinct. There isn't enough there to do anything with and it would go nowhere in court, other than a minor charge.

Unfortunately, that's probably what would need to happen for anything to come of it. Had a friend that was stalked. Cops didn't do a damn thing, cause the stalker hadn't done enough yet.

Absolutely. You don't have to do full disclosure, such as mentioning you were looking for tail on the w4w casual encounters section. Just say you started talking to someone you met through Craigslist who tried to get you to meet them under false pretenses. When you didn't, they offered to pay you for sex, and now they're harassing you over the phone.

They very well may not do anything in this particular instance, but if they get a couple similar reports, they will look into it. For example, someone smashed out a window in my car a couple years back (nothing stolen from the car). I called and asked if it was even worth filing a report, because I knew they weren't going to send forensics down to investigate. But, the cop said if they receive similar complaints, they know what to start looking for.

Does anybody on Fairfax Underground have a history of stalking and harassing people? It could be a connection to the Craigslist stalker.

Lesson learned - don't send a face photograph to a stranger unless you're okay w that sort of thing. For the phone..can't you put his # on ignore - he should leave you alone and move on if you ignore him long enough.

Oh no, not at all. Its just that the police are not going to act on this. All they would do is sit her down and give her some ideas for precautions to take, etc, etc, and send her on her way. Prosecutions of criminals in court by the county or state are really based on how strong a case they have against the suspect. Its sad but true.

If you are looking for hook ups on CL, what did you expect? That place doesnt exactly attract stable people.

And $500 is waaaaaay to much for a blow job. With swallow should only be about $200.

Go online and find an RLSH near you, they will protect you from people like that, and maybe even catch them for you.
