Signing Yearbooks

Do people remember doing this in elementary school? I was at my parents for mothers day and my mom handed me a stack of my old yearbooks. She was cleaning out the garage and found them. The pictures are funny of course but it was the stuff that people signed on the inside covers that really had me laughing. Here is a sampling:

-Pepsi Cola came to town, coca cola shot him down. Dr. Pepper stitched him up, now they're drinking 7-up.

-Remember the city, remember the town, remember the kid that wrote upside down. (this is of course was written upside down by the author, except for this one mildly retarded kid that scribbled his interpretation of it right-side up.)

Does anyone remember this kind of jazz?

Back in highschool (70's ), I would sign everyone's book the same.

I missed this thread....

Is signing yearbooks something that isn't done anymore? Anyway, my last yearbook was in '99, and in the back there is a section for recent and upcoming trends. The DVD is listed as the latest piece of technology along with Pentium IIIs approaching 1 gigahertz. HA!

I'm old enough there weren't yearbooks for elementary school. Nor were there school mascots or t-shirts. I feel so deprived.

I've lost all of my elementary school yearbooks, but I still have middle school through high school. I pulled a middle school one out the other day because of this thread and saw this along the line where pages join together:

"Thanks for letting me be the first to sign your crack - Dan".

So juvenile.

Then I pulled out my senior year yearbook and found the 2 page dissertation that my old girlfriend wrote, with all kinds of inside references to fucking. LOL.

One kid wrote in mine "DONT YOU HATE IT WHEN THEY TAKE UP THE WHOLE PAGE?"

(on a whole blank page)... royally pissed me off in 7th grade.

Awesome, I remember that joke. I haven't found any middle or high school ones yet but I imagine that they were extremely obscene based on what I remember from that time - we were a bunch of animals. I remember at one point that the art classes did a project in which students created enormous versions of food product labels. There was one particular math teacher at the school that was morbidly obese and a couple of guys would slide the 5 foot tall hershey bar under her door. We would be sitting in there, it would slide under the door, then they would beat on the door to get everyone's attention and yell out "eat that you fat bitch!"

Ah, to be 14 or 15 again.

Here is one from mine:

Love me tender,
Love me sweet,
wrap your lips around my meat.
And on your face will be a grin,
as my cum runs down your chin.
