heavy doors

what is up with these heavy-ass doors you see in offices all the time? You go to open a door, thinking it's a regular door, and then you have to pull extra hard when you realize the door might as well be an iron gate. And then when you get used to heavy doors being everywhere, you go to open a regular door using your heavy door strength, and it flies open and you look like you have anger issues. Why are so many doors to office suites so damn heavy???
