Or he could be running it in his house. Considerably cheaper that way.
the ffxu server is not in Cary's basement, it is in a data center. Cary has discussed his trials and tribulations with different data centers in the area in previous threads.
I just left a tour of the Equinix facility in Ashburn.... Literally took myself inside the internet. It was like physically being in the movie TRON. Superbly impressed. 85% of all internet traffic on the east coast flows through there.
