Leaving this site would be easier than quitting smoking - that's for sure. Now, how far one can say they'll quit with this site and stay away ... I'm just not sure how long that will last. Smokers, on the other hand, quit - then start up a week later. Only a very small minority quit cold turkey and stay that way for the rest of their life.
