It sounds like Experian needs to get their shit together. But I don't think they can be blamed for this guy killing himself. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if they did an out-of-court settlement to make this go away. Enough scrutiny and Congress might start nailing the credit bureaus with more regulations.

Have any of you dealt with Experian? They are impossible. I sued them in small claims court.

They did not show up. I guess they forgot they have a facility in Herndon. They were not amused when the FFX Sheriff showed up and started seizing things.

They are impossible to get on the phone, their letters are all written in India and they just don't care.

Question-How exactly does someone CAUSE someone else to commit suicide? As far as I know it is possible for a person to assist another to commit suicide, but if they cause the person's death it is homicide. It might be better to say they DROVE the person to commit suicide.

Experian is a quite good service if you know the algorithm of usage, here https://experian.pissedconsumer.com/review.html I even explained that. When I need to make a credit report fast, I use exactly Experian, it is definitely better than its analogues.
