TV still makes commercials louder than the main show

Podcasts are REALLY BAD - it can literally damage chinese speakers. (luckily i have old Taiwan speakers). You have to turn volume way up to hear speaker. Then when a commercial comes on it tears your speaker cone

FCC?

FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR MOTHER

it's obviously just harassment and a nuisance which is why it was made ILLEGAL and i would bet is still on the books as illegal
