SUMMARY: Mr. Trump either didn't read or lied. The money going overseas (ie instead of china stepping up in UN) - is endless is everywhere and often excees domestic. It's horrible.
many are just simply so generic you can't say what they do where they go
AND WE KNOW COUNTIES LIKE FAIRFAX COUNTY VIRGINIA "have made special laws allowing treason - to take money from one legally chartered fund and trasfer it to another - or even over seas" or even to an overseas microsoft HQ in china.
