india is obviously subservient to CHINA's oil consuption and imports more NG than oil - and that from ARAB COUNTRIES because of the proximity to IRAN and others - practically neighbors

what india isn't close to is Russia and russian oil

You cannot schedule an oil tanker (with a company) and have it arrive in that time. they take days and days just to arrive

THE REASON THIS MATTERS IS WTOP CLAIMED INDIA WAS GETTING A TRADE AGREEMENT AND LAX TARIFFS BASED ON FACT THEY NO LONGER BUY RUSSIAN OIL

BUT THEY NEVER HAD BOUGHT ANY RUSSIAN OIL

SO AS USUAL FROM INDIA: FRAUD USA PAYS FOR
