there weren't allot of "certificate programs" they were for poor students. the good students were supposed to take college courses and get degrees.

BUT THEY DID THE SWITCHEROO on my generation. they made degrees worthless and certificates mandatory - AND even allowed microsoft non-degree and gov workers to offer certificate courses and get them for free.

THEY THEN created course curriculums that were ALLOT EASIER for "specialized fields" (certificate curriculum - not a few many) making these new curriculum MANDATORY. this means my generation went to school FOR NOTHING because of the "switch-over" and the illegal (i would say) requirements of the "programs the hillary generation newly `offered'". these fiels also are WHOLEY GOV JOBS - screwing my generation over a second third and fourth time.

it is also a lottery system since one could graduatate in these "easy applied curriculum" "state certificate required" new curriculums AND NOT BE PLACED FOR WORK and even be replaced by an illegal alien WITHOUT certification (ie fairfax county schools is doing that now)

(this means little to a student who is a democrat takes easy classes and is shoe'd in for a job by being a good democrat. it means debt and plausibly death for one who "didn't know it was a lottery until too late")
