Shalon Kerr looks moderately attractive but she is almost certainly the drug spammer or one of the drug spammers (95-98% probability). It seems Shalon got sloppy. In her spam thread, aptly-titled "Healthcare media agency" she included hyperlinks to the website of a "Healthcare" cover company that she boasts of founding. Five days later she edited the original post and removed the links but it was too late as the post had already been quoted, preserving the linked URL. It was just a matter of connecting the dots to get her full name, address, photos, partner name, and other details.
