And yet, Trump still can't pay the $454 Million bond and has to have it reduced. Why?

The amount Trump owes is still $454 million. Nothing changed.

Trump still has 4 CRIMINAL trials coming up. Trump can't do shit with $4.5 billion when he is sitting in jail for 20 years.

Not exactly true. Trump can't cash in for six months. If the stock loses value, (possible, considering the platform makes no money and has no other real purpose than to give Trump an outlet for his whining), Trump loses accordingly. If it tanks (did I mention the no revenue part?), Trump gets nothing, and is as broke as he is today.
