It's nice to have the extra after all the worries of the economy going into a depression with COVID and Trump.
I just diversified a little and looked for some sleeper stocks still recovering from the last year of the Trump presidency in 2019 and the COVID economy shut down. I have some cruiseship stocks that have done incredibly well recovering from the COVID shut down. Most of the vacation-type stocks were at all-time lows under Trump during COVID so grabbed some of those.

I was glad to see the fed keep these rates the same. I do think its time to lock in on some 18 or 24 month terms. If Trump manages to get back in office everything is going to go to shit again.

We are going to Italy this summer for 9 days. Might as well get a good vacation this year. If Trump gets back in office by next summer we will have to vacation at the Days inn in Dumfries or the motel 6 in Mount Jackson.

Stock Market is down adjusted for inflation. Interest rates are way below the inflation rate after taxes.
Actual inflation is almost double the (self grading government) cpi. Shadow stats uses honest pre-2000 formula and inflation is sky high. That’s why everybody is stressed and pissed at JoeTard.

You are forgetting all those COVID pay raises and bonuses we got. Combine that with the high interest income and the stock performance and we are doing pretty good right now, way better than when Trump was in office.

In the last three years we got 3 across the board pay raises because of COVID. These high interest rates are making me 800 a month and the stock market is up 39% since Trump left office. I just don't know what to do with all this extra money!
