I was in the middle of TS Faye when it hit Florida, and that was exciting. It made a direct hit upon us in SoFl, then we had to drive through it on the way home, and once we got home, it hit us again. I managed to watch it from the bottom floor of the building I was in, and I could hear twin tornadoes resulting from its landfall about 100 yards away. I'll tell you something else, the sand hurts like a major bitch when it's blowing that fast.
