Yes it's true Governor Youngkin will sign this bipartisan Republican - Democrat bill into law that will require goverment issued photo ID or biometric information or other means that can identify users of sites where porn is posted on the Internet. It appears by the links report that only two Democrats probably in the state Senate as the Republicans hold the House majority and this 2023 being a election year for all the seats in the Virginia General Assembly up for reelection Democrats did not want to be smeared as porn lovers so they voted with Republicans to pass the bill and it's now on Governor Youngkins desk who will sign it into law

Normally new Virginia laws take effect July 1st but if the governor declares it a emergency need bill it can take effect as soon as he signs it into law as in tommorrow or even tonight or anytime between now and July 1st 2023.

Which means CARY who has not been heard or seen in quite some time will have to buy expensive tech software to keep this site open or be able to be sued by law in the bill by children who have been harmed by seeing porn on this site according to the above posted link to details of the new bill .
