Joe Biden's Plan for Gun Safety is well known to congress on all sides in both houses, but it does not fit the Democrats zeal to get a real gun ban as Joe's plan would allow those who had assault weapons to keep them if they could pass the required BATFE enhanced background checks which includes photographs and fingerprinting plus a deeper local check as to if they were about to be indicted or arrested on felony or misdemeanor charges that could remove their rights to firearms possession

A real gun ban on assault weapons if Democrats can get that passed will lead to more gun bans first on all semi auto rifles then all semi auto handguns as the hand guns are more common , then as killers use pump action and lever action repeating rifles those then revolvers and all handguns then they will work on all shotguns and single shots with draconian regulations that violate the constitution all rubber stamped by a high court they will be packing with extra vacancies once 20 million illegals get amnesty and citizenship 7 years hence making Democrats unbeatable until the legal Spanish turn on the Democrat which is possible as they want to work hard and prosper not be welfare recipients forever and see the ways Democrats suppress rights that will be important to them as the rights of armed self defense

But yes Joe Biden was not honest with the American people and he has never explained his Biden plan to the people he only asked asked for a full real ban to the people with no explanation of actually what and how any arms will be banned or buy backs done and what prices will be paid , nothing is what we get from Democrats in the national media and nothing on question 21E which they avoid like the plague to mention, which will never be removed from federal law as once legal weed is the law federally then they will use 21E to take gun rights from those who are sucked into their legal weed smoke in and get caught lying on 21E as soon as any arm they have is involved in any crime or even stolen and used in a crime traced back to them and investigation shows they are weed users

As far as the GOP goes any talk of joining with Democrats on any real gun bans that does not allow legal owners to own and legally transfer their semi auto arms in the same way legal machine guns are regulated by the NFA 1934 act will be met with a big NO as if they did go with a full ban as long as the high court is the same makeup as it is there will be no bans but any bans passed into law will be sent back to congress to reasonably regulate

Democrats could reasonably regulate now but they are playing the game to blame the high court later to pack it without vacancies when any ban they do push into law is overturned as unconstitutional

Democrats really are masters of fake outs when it comes to our real rights and they get minorities fired up telling about rights they always have had within our constitution but they were the ones who oppressed them , as it keeps their vote in the Democrat box on the ballot

Look we have had a black US president Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense plus other highest level cabinet Secretaries generals admirals high medium and low govt officials and lots of US senators congress people and mayors of our largest cities too that have been black male and female
